AVP were engaged by a repeat client to seek approval to change an approval on a site they recently purchased in Camp Hill.  We managed to negotiate the changes to the appearance of the development with Brisbane City Council, which resulted in a development more desirable to the market demands.  The client ultimately found efficiencies with the new design and achieved a better outcome for the site.
